Material:
Mainly PA6/PA66 nylon (temperature resistance: -40℃ to +120℃). POM is used for high-wear-resistance applications. Stainless steel elastic clips are available for special working conditions. Excellent toughness and anti-aging performance.
Types & Specifications
Interior Panel Clips:
Suitable for ceilings, dashboards and side wall panels. Hole diameter: 8–12 mm, applicable panel thickness: 2–5 mm. With anti-loosening barbs, no looseness after installation.
Air Duct / Armrest Clips:
Used for fixing air ducts and fastening armrest brackets. Modular design, applicable pipe diameter: 12.7–25 mm. Tensile force ≥ 500 N.
Decorative Trim Clips:
Such as side window pillar trim clips, used for fixing lamp shades and decorative panels. Elastic deformation design at the clip head for quick assembly and disassembly.
