Public transport vehicles need rapid evacuation in emergencies. The more evacuation exits there are, the faster the evacuation and the smaller the losses will be.
For a long time, window-breaking evacuation has relied only on small safety hammers that are easy to lose. In critical situations, how can we keep our life-saving escape routes safe and unobstructed at all times? Our window breakers were developed precisely for this purpose.
The three window breakers developed by our company use refined high-strength tungsten steel heads as impact points. The tungsten steel head can strike and easily break glass either automatically or manually.
They are also equipped with safety locks to prevent accidental triggering, so you do not have to worry about false operation.
Core Parameters
Material:
Main body: aluminum alloy / stainless steel (lightweight and rust-proof).
Window-breaking head: cemented carbide tungsten steel (hardness far exceeds tempered glass).
Press-trigger design.
Structure:
Available in pen-style, keychain-style, and hammer-style.
The pen-type is only 10 cm long and weighs ≤ 50 g.
It can be carried or fixed on vehicle door panels and central control positions.
Window-breaking performance:
The tungsten steel head applies concentrated pressure at a single point and can instantly shatter
5–12 mm thick automotive tempered glass and architectural insulated tempered glass.
The effect on laminated glass is relatively poor.
Additional functions:
Some models are integrated with a seatbelt cutter (stainless steel blade, hidden design to prevent accidental injury),
used to cut seatbelts in vehicle emergencies.
