They are mainly used for the stable connection between handrail crossbars, vertical posts and the vehicle body. Suitable for 32mm handrail pipes, they feature easy installation and high durability.

Suitable Specification

Specially designed for 32mm diameter handrails, compatible with common round or oval handrails in buses. With strong universality, they can be used for handrail connections at the front, rear and side positions.

Material & Craft

Made of high-strength aluminum alloy or zinc alloy by die-casting. The surface is treated by anodizing, plastic spraying and other processes, providing anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation performance while being lightweight, meeting the lightweight requirements of vehicle accessories.

Some key components use V0 grade fireproof materials for high safety.

Connection Structure

Mostly adopt buckle-type, threaded or pin-type structures, equipped with bolts, nuts and other fasteners. Installation requires no complicated cutting and allows quick positioning and fixing.
