Straight Connector: Used for linear splicing of handrail crossbars to ensure smooth extension of the handrail, providing an unbroken structure and even force distribution.
Elbow Connector: Available in various angles including 90° and 135°, for connecting handrails at corners. It enables vertical or angled joining between posts and crossbars to meet different installation angle requirements inside the vehicle.
Wall/Post Mounting Bracket: Used to secure the handrail directly to the vehicle side wall or pillar, providing a stable supporting base as a key component connecting the handrail system to the vehicle body.
Adjustable Connector: Features angle adjustment for flexible positioning of the handrail according to on-site installation needs. It adapts to different interior layouts of various vehicle models and reduces assembly difficulty.
Installation and Maintenance
No special tools are required for installation; assembly can be completed simply by fastening bolts. Some snap-on connectors support tool-free disassembly for convenient later maintenance and part replacement.
The product fully complies with common vehicle handrail installation standards. In addition to matching Hongyu WX-HY32 series handrail pipes, it is also compatible with most general-purpose handrails of the same specification on the market.
