Core Features

Adaptability: Specially designed for 25mm diameter handrails, compatible with commonly used round or oval tubes in buses and passenger coaches. Universally applicable to front, rear, side and upright positions. It is seamlessly compatible with Hongyu’s same-series handrail tubes and also fits most general handrails of the same specification, providing strong universality.

Material & Craft: Manufactured by die-casting of high-strength aluminum alloy or zinc alloy with internal reinforcing ribs, bearing a load of over 200kg. Key components are made of V0 flame-retardant materials, complying with vehicle safety standards. The surface is treated with anodizing and plastic spraying for corrosion and oxidation resistance. The sealed and moisture-proof interface adapts to humid and dusty environments to prevent rust and loosening. Some products are equipped with anti-shock design, suitable for vehicle bumping conditions and ensuring stable structure for long-term use.

Connection Structure: Combined with special fasteners in snap-on, threaded, pin-type structures, etc., ensuring no loosening after connection and guaranteeing passenger safety when gripping.
