Material and Process Configuration

Handrail Main Body

A variety of materials are available:

Stainless steel composite pipe (outer stainless steel + inner carbon steel, combining rust protection and strength)

Plastic-sprayed embossed tube / plastic-coated tube (anti-slip, wear-resistant and comfortable to grip)

Honeycomb aluminum tube / aluminum alloy tube (lightweight for weight reduction requirements)

Special-function tubes (e.g. composite tubes with built-in heating components)

Heated handrails are equipped with an elastic core and heating components; the hollow areas of the handrail rod are filled with light-transmitting glue for warmth and clear identification.

Illuminated handrails can integrate lighting or information display functions to improve night visibility and interior quality.

Handrail Brackets

Divided into aluminum castings and steel castings:

Aluminum brackets are made of A356.2 aluminum alloy with T6 treatment, providing excellent tensile strength and hardness. Surface finishes include plastic spraying, sandblasting, electrophoretic coating, etc., to match different interior styles.

Steel brackets are designed for heavy-duty applications to ensure firm installation.

Connectors and Accessories

Matching handrail bases, elbows, fixing buckles, etc.

Some are made of ABS material, with tight connection to the handrail main body, convenient installation and attractive overall appearance.
