　　 1. Cut the PVC board into shape according to the requirements of the skeleton drawing.

　　2. Lay a PVC floor on the frame: If the floor is in contact with the parallel surface of the car body, ensure that the contact surface is level and smooth without protrusions; if the floor is in vertical contact with the car body, ensure that the contact surface is vertical.

　　3. Use a 5mm drill bit to drill holes in the position that needs to be fixed.

　　4. Use 6mm self-tapping screws to fix it. Please choose high-quality corrosion-resistant screws, preferably self-tapping countersunk screws.

　　5. Seal the joints of the PVC floor with putty; the screw gap at the joints is controlled at 150-300mm; the screws at the non-splicing places are controlled at 300-400mm; the shortest distance between the screws and the edge of the floor cannot be less than 10mm.

　　6. ​​When designing the frame, the frame span should be less than 350× 350mm, if one side is less than 300mm, the other side should not exceed 500mm.
